How it works
From submission to listing
Step 1: Choose a plan
Start with a free listing, or pick a paid plan for faster review or sponsored visibility.
Step 2: Tell us about your tool
Send the name, website, category and a clear description. It takes a few minutes.
Step 3: An editor reviews it
We check that the tool works, does what it says, and fits the directory. Paying never skips this step.
Step 4: Your listing goes live
Approved tools appear in their category. Sponsored placements then run for 30 days from the day they go live.

Frequently asked questions
Is approval guaranteed if I pay?
No. Every plan goes through the same editorial review, and paying doesn’t change the outcome. A paid plan changes how quickly we review (Fast-Track) or where an approved tool is shown (Featured and Premium).
How long does review take?
Free submissions are reviewed in the order they arrive, with no guaranteed timeframe. Fast-Track (£19) aims to review within 2 business days; it’s a target, not a guarantee.
What does “Sponsored” mean?
Featured and Premium buy extra placement on the site. Those placements are always labelled Sponsored and are shown separately from our editorial picks. Sponsorship never affects what our editors write or recommend.
When do the 30 days of sponsored placement start?
From the day your sponsored placement actually appears on the site, not from the day you pay or the day you’re approved. If we ever pause a placement, the paused time is added back.
Do you guarantee traffic or clicks?
No. We can’t promise how many people will view or click a listing. Featured and Premium include basic performance reporting so you can see how your placement did.
Can I submit now and choose a paid plan later?
Yes. Submit with the Free plan now; once payments open you can contact us to upgrade.
How do payments work?
Paid plans are one-time payments in GBP, taken securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Payments aren’t open yet, so paid plans can’t be bought at the moment.
What if my tool isn’t approved?
We’ll explain why where we can. Refunds for paid plans are covered by our refund policy.
